Update
The team is safe and sound in Chi Chi and checked into our hotel(s) (There was an unexpected snafu and the Hotel Giron was overbooked for tonight only so some of the team is in another hotel just around the corner until Sunday afternoon when we will reunite)
We made the walk to Lidia's for dinner, devotion, and discussion about the plan for the week and half way it poured rain in buckets catching many of us off guard but the warm soup and grilled cheese sandwiches did make up for it.
I will do my best to post updates each day (when it rains it knocks out the internet) but know that we are doing well, feeling welcomed, and experiencing God's grace abundantly.

The team gathers in the Knoxville Airport for a group photo ad then Pastor Melissa led the team along with family and friends in prayer (She came to see the team off...we will miss you this trip Melissa!)
